jetzt wirds klarer... :-) dieses verhalten tritt aber nur bei der konfigurationsdomain (http://admin.xxx) auf. unter neu angelegten domains im panel nicht. stichwort "MultiViews"... einfach in der /etc/apache2/sites-enabled/00_master.conf unter dem Punkt:

<Directory /var/www/ispcp/gui>
Options -Indexes Includes FollowSymLinks Multiviews

in:
Options -Indexes Includes FollowSymLinks
ändern
