Gentoo: "userdb: No such file or directory"

Try running a:

touch /etc/ispcp/courier/userdb

and then rerun the setup. I thought I fixed this error in the gentoo install a while back, but I haven't installed on a clean system in some time, so it may still need tweaking.

What version are you trying to install?
