[SOLVED] no awstats at all

Ive fixed the proxy settings ..

now i got:

Setup ('/etc/awstats/awstats.castleparty.darknation.eu.conf' file, web server or permissions) may be wrong.

What next do i need to set up to get this running? There is no howto for awstats enabling ?

update:
ive created : /var/cache/awstats , and chmoded it 777.
but everything is 0...
