mich interessiert nur wo ich das eingeben muss

LoadModule bw_module /usr/lib/apache2/modules/mod_bw.so

und das hier :

<Virtualhost *>
BandwidthModule On
ForceBandWidthModule On
Bandwidth all 10240
MinBandwidth all -1
Servername http://www.example.com
