php.ini - which for what and where

Hi,

I am still fiddeling around with ISPCP and need to change the values of the php.ini for one domain.
Now I have the domains php.ini in /var/www/fcgi/DOMAINNAME/, but I wonder, what those are for:

./etc/ispcp/fcgi/parts/master/php4/php.ini
./etc/ispcp/fcgi/parts/master/php5/php.ini
./etc/ispcp/fcgi/parts/php4/php.ini
./etc/ispcp/fcgi/parts/php5/php.ini
./etc/php4/cgi/php.ini
./etc/php5/cli/php.ini
./etc/php5/cgi/php.ini
