Why cant i get it installed

Hi all

I dont know why but i cant get isp-control installed on a debian system.

I really want to use it but this isnt really easy... Damn php doesnt work after install....

Can someone make a torturial for debian witch programs en how to install and config so i can install my debian correctly

other OS also fine to me..
