another strange thing:

if i install postgrey over yum, it doesn't run on port 60000 - it opens a socket.

So you have to change
check_policy_service inet:127.0.0.1:60000,
to
check_policy_service unix:postgrey/socket,

in /etc/postfix/main.cf
