Keine Ahnung, was du im Apache konfiguriert hast...

Webmail sollte natürlich normal funktionieren.

Nimm mal das Plugin raus:
$plugins[33] = 'change_sqlpass'; daktivieren in der config_local.


php-error wird in der php.ini konfiguriert, die für ispcp zustädnig ist.
Bei mir ist es /var/www/fcgi/master/php5/php.ini
