sites-avaible/ispcp.conf wont be filled

Hi, i have an fresh installed Debian Etch and everything runs fine but ispCP RC6 didn´t create the Subdomains useable.

I can setup an subdomain in the AdminCP and all folders and files are created.
But /etc/apache2/sites-avaible/ispcp.conf leaves empty.

Ive tryed to stop start ... but nothings helps

also tryed to update to latest nightly wont help ...

any ideas ?
