Witch version do you use? Take a look at /etc/cron.d/ispcp and see if ispcpphptemp.sh is listed there. If yes compare your version with actual version ( http://www.isp-control.net/ispcp/browser...phptemp.sh ). This issue is solved on trunk bu i do not know if is present on rc6 (in rc5 for sure is not present)
