Your are disable fuction exec, hpinfo,

Delete fuction from this line

Also see your safe_mode off, if you're running scripts on this directory for any application must activate the safe mode function

disable_functions = show_source, system, shell_exec, passthru, exec, phpinfo, shell, symlink
