Haz la prueba, cambia los puertos de apache es la unica forma de que estes seguro.

Aunque tengas DMZ telefonica tiene filtros en sus salidas que debes anular

4 N IP Pr=6, SA=0.0.0.0, DA=0.0.0.0, DP=80

Si yo en mi linea 4 pongo Y, todo el servidor web se va al garete, son cosas de telefonica.
