HOW TO MIGRATE BETWEEN TWO ISPCP

I've translated most of crocodylus' tutorial, but there's one line I'm unsure about, namely;

Quote:Скачиваем последний дистрибутив ISPCP на новый сервер и проходим все шаги инсталляции до perl ispcp-setup (пароль root на mysql на старом и новом сервере должны совпадать)

I'm not quite sure if you're saying to stop before running ispcp-setup, or to completely install the server. Execution of some of the ispcp daemons later on would suggest the latter, but I wanted to be sure.
