BIND records removing themselves

I am having trouble adding records into my BIND DNS server. One of my clients has an RDNS for his IP and for some reason the record in his domain's DNS record file keeps removing itself.
Is this due to the ISPCP Daemon or could it be a problem with my DNS server?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
