in der Vorlage sollte das drin stehen:

open_basedir = "{WWW_DIR}/{DMN_NAME}/:{PEAR_DIR}/"

und das wird beim Einrichten einer Domains dann aufgefüllt - insofern sollte alles funktionieren, wie du es wünschst...
Wenn natürlich die Vorlage nicht stimmt, dann kommt auch das falsche raus...
