Did you even read INSTALL file?!! That 2 files exists? (/etc/ispcp/ispcp.conf and /etc/ispcp/ispcp.old.conf). This suppose to be Step 10 in mentioned file. Do it as it say there and you wont have trouble. Skip one step and thats trouble Wink
