Das findet man bei Nagios auf der Seite zu diesem Problem

Quote:.....The most probable cause of this is that you do not have the gd library and/or its required libraries (i.e. libpng, libjpeg, and zlib). If you do have the libraries installed on your system, the configure script may not have properly detected them before you compiled the CGIs. Here's what you can do to solve the issue:

Install the gd, png, jpeg, and zlib libraries on your system. You will also have to install the gd-devel, png-devel, jpeg-devel, and zlib-devel libraries. If you want RPMs for these libraries, try searching rpmfind.net for the following libraries:

libgd
libgd-devel
libpng
libpng-devel
libjpeg
libjpeg-devel
zlib
zlib-devel
......

Alternativ könnte das auch helfen.

Quote:Description: Attempting to install the Nagios CGIs on an Apache 2.0 webserver with the suexec module may cause problems.

Solution: The Nagios install defaults to creating files that are group writable, while suexec refuses to run things that are group writable. Fixing the CGI permissions manually (by removing group write permissions) post-install made the problem go away.

Apache's suexec also defaults to ignoring UIDs below 100, so you may have to create a "nagios" users with a UID above 100.
