/usr/local/etc/ispcp/ispcp.conf

There should be ALL these variables like:

HTACCESS_USERS_FILE_NAME = .htpasswd

HTACCESS_GROUPS_FILE_NAME = .htgroup

Make sure they exist.

You have to remove the .svn also in the installed ispcp directory´s.
