I'm sorry to read that you've given up satlizard26, yet I must encourage you to do some research next time before making such hard statements.

A simple google search would have lead you to pages like this or this, where it's made clear that this is not an specific ispcp thing but a fastcgi+apache2 version dependant issue (and they're set by whatever distro you happen to use).
