Did your install finish correctly? One of the last things that it does is adjusting the permissions of all ispcp files, but it didn't do that in your case. Please try running

Code:

perl /var/www/ispcp/engine/setup/set-gui-permissions

perl /var/www/ispcp/engine/setup/set-engine-permissions

This should remove this specific error, but if the installation was unsucsessful you may find more problems...
