... die Erklärung ist irgendwie seltsam.

Man kann in ispcp DBs und DB-Benutzer anlegen, die gleich heissen. Mach ich oft.
Und wenn's tatsächlich ein solches Problem gibt, dann liegt es nicht an phpMyAdmin...
