a) don't do this...

b) if not a) then decide which IP you want to be handled by ispCP.
The internal (wich is used for apache) or the external (which is used for bind).
Since you don't use bind behind a NAT - do you? I'd say: give ispCP the internal address and configure the DNS manually on two external bind servers...
