Pay atention to the last comment. It solved my problems. Don't know why it takes so long to log in, though.

Incidentally I'm running ispCP omega inside an OpenVZ Debian Lenny virtual machine. I found that login process takes much longer when this machine has no access to Internet (it's behind a NAT). Could this be related to the "check for updates" feature?
