Hm, this should be handled by proftpd alone.
Maybe have a look at the proftpd.conf and the according SQL-Statements...

sorry.I do not quite understand what your means.quotalimits table only record the proftpd space?

which table record the remaining space?
and how ispcp count remaining space?
