1. Qué OS/Distribución/versión utilizas?
2. Qué versión de ispcp utilizas?
3. Qué hay en ese .htacces?
4. Usas fastcgi, fcgid o mod_php5?
5. Qué dice el /var/log/apache2/error.log?
6. Y el /var/log/apache2/users/dominio.tld-error.log?

Así quizá sí podemos ayudarte
