Ok,
du wolltest die php.ini für eine oder mehrere Domains neu erstellen lassen.
Dazu muss die bestehende php.ini umbenannt oder gelöscht werden.

wichtig: nicht die php.ini von ispcp selbst ("master" domain).

Schau, ob in jeder Domain eine php.ini ist:
besonders /var/www/fcgid/master/php5/php.ini
