I think, if you mail [user@mydomain.com] from ispCP server, then the ispCP server will think the final destination is in itself...Sad
I mean, sending mail from ispCP server will end up sending to localhost.

Check the maillog on the ispCP server.
If my guess if right, unless user [user] exists in the ispCP server, it will be logged like "unknown user" and end up bounced.
Or, if user [user] exists, the mail should be sent to it's homedirectory.

If that's the case, you should mess around with the postfix config.
