Problem beim Update von 1.0.0 zu 1.0.2

Hallo,

ich wollte heute Abend mein ISCP von der Version 1.0.0 auf die v. 1.0.2 updaten. Es hat auch alles geklappt nur kurz vom Ende des updates erschien folgendes

P.S. Ich habe auch neu gestartet "/etc/init.d/proftpd restart" kommt selbe Fehlermeldung.

Kan mir jemand genauer erklären was da genau falsch ist und wie ich das Problem beheben kann?
