About the NS1 and NS2 configuration

Hi all,
Excuse me for this stupid question but i'm still new in this. I want to have ns1.dom.com and ns2.dom.com. I've looked in the tutorial and i didnt understand something:

What should be the values for:
[HASHKEY]
&
