Module fcgid_ispcp disabled.
Run '/etc/init.d/apache2 restart' to activate new configuration!
qry:~# a2enmod fastcgi_ispcp
Enabling module fastcgi_ispcp.
Run '/etc/init.d/apache2 restart' to activate new configuration!


und ja ich hab alle prozesse gekillt, hab auch den server neugestartet
