home.domain.tld is not a domain and should not normally be used as such.
The second-level domain must follow a syntax similar to tld. Regarding the tld, it must correspond to those listed here http://www.iana.org/domains/root/db/

By the "strict to rfc" way, they can´t use ispCP 1.0.3.
I think, this is not good.
It would be nice if the admin has the right to switch off the "strict to rfc".
