[Cerrado] Problema de FireWall ????

Saludos,

resulta que el dia de hoy dejo de funcionar mi panel, ya que no responde la ip principal de mi servidor, no abre ninguna web obviamente, no acepta ping nada como muerta, pero la secondary ip funciona bien me abre el ssh etc, reporto este fallo a el data center y me dicen que es por causa de un Fire wall, aqui la respuesta.

igual sigue sin funcionar, mate el ispcp_daemon y sigue sin responderme nada la ip principal que es lo que debo configurar ?. hasta hoy me tope con este problema.
