1.0.2 upgrade 1.0.3 error

1. Upgrade to lenny
or
2. build the fcgid module from source or get lenny package and rebuild it for etch
or
3. use fastcgi instead
or
4. Edit the /etc/ispcp/apache2/fcgid_ispcp.conf and rerun the update script
