Database update Failed

Once i had this error to. Did u edited this field?

i have same problem:

upgrade from 1.0.2 -> 1.0.3-1

DATABASE_REVISION 10

output:
ispCP database
Update ispCP database schema: [failed]
FATAL: An error was occured during update process!


any ideas ?
