Nun ist meine IP geblacklistet, ich bin aber zu dämlich die Datei zu finden, wo alle geblacklisteten IPs eingetragen werden, auch google konnte mir da nicht helfen, wäre jemand so nett und hilft mir auf die Sprünge?

From documentation it's clear that it is not a permanent block.
The ip is blocked for a specific time. If the IP hits your site within this period, the timer is reset and starts over. When the timer reaches the end time the IP is unblocked. Default blocking period is 10 second.
