rebuilding customer

also wenn ich ein update von ispCP 1.0.0 auf ispCP 1.0.3 versuche komm ich bei dem punkt rebuilding customer nicht weiter.
da erscheint immer folgende fehlermeldung:

damit ich nich bombadiert werde mit "schau mal in die logs" poste ich diese auch gleich mit ^^

muss ich jetz ein altes backup einspielen und es nochma versuchen oder kann man das noch irgendwie lösen?
dieses problem erscheint bei mir immer wenn ich versuche zu updaten.
ich weiss bald nicht mehr weiter
