Make sure you have a reverse dns record ( looking up the name for the IP yields a valid name) ! for example

dig your.host.name

your.host.name IN A 1.2.3.4

dig -x 1.2.3.4

1.2.3.4 IN PTR your.host.name

OR

1.2.3.4 IN PTR some.other.valid.name
