ich vermute mal das open_basedir in deiner php.ini restricted (verboten) ist.
Gehe dazu in:
Code:
etc/php5/cgi/
und öffne dort die php.ini.
Nehme in Zeile 222 bei disable_functions das open_basedir raus und restarte deinen server.
