Mail PROBLEM(s)

Hello, i think i messedup courier and postfix configs and now if i send messages to my my own mail account that i have on ispcp i can`t recive it or to other mail accounts like gmail yahoo.. what is more stranger for me: if i send mail to root account (or other shell users) of the FreeBSD box hosting ispcp i can recive them (i checked /usr/var/mail/root ).

What i`m actually asking is that someone to send me please the config files of courier and postfix or a solution to this problem .
