Error when install ispCP 1.0.4

Oh god, it's my fault ! I've repacked for POSIX compliant issue here but I've forgot to commit.

ispcp-permission-functions.sh: 70: Syntax error: "}" unexpected

I'll fix it now and provide patch (AGAIN) for 1.0.4 with specific announce.
