AWStats Error 503

I continually receive 503 errors when i visit http://www.mydomain.tld/stats and authenticate. It used to work but then it just suddenly stopped. I do get the password box and it does authenticate but i get the 503 service unavailable.

I have read at least a dozen posts of 503 errors but i cant seem to figure this problem out, any thoughts?

I'm running ISPCP 1.0 clean install on Debian.
