I found temporary solution.

1) Set up new server using Ubuntu 8.04
2) On webserver (ispcp) allow access to mysql using local ip adress (192.x.x.x.x)
3)On Ubuntu server install headless php, using php_cli
4)Copy scripts, add little changes... and it's ready Wink

Working really great... and much faster
