Cant update Database and more Failures

Hi There
I really need your help, I updated my ISPCP yesterday, but it went wrong.
The Problem is, that I do not want to reinstall ISPCP completly.

So here are the Problem´s:

I wanna update the Database, by clicking on the button in the ISPCP. But after turning on the debug-modus it says:

Quote:Database update 4 failed
SQLSTATE[42S21]: Column already exists: 1060 Duplicate column name 'mail_auto_respond_text'
Sql Statement was failed: ALTER IGNORE TABLE `mail_users` CHANGE `mail_auto_respond` `mail_auto_respond_text` text collate utf8_unicode_ci;

And i am not able to get access to the Mail-accounts, but the Mail-software is running.
Oh, and phpMyAdmin doenst work to...After loging in it says:

Please help me The best would be a function, where i easily can repair the ISPCP or so
