FreeBSD 8x ispCP php date.timezone setting
ok first off, ive gotten ispCP on FreeBSD 8x installed

problem with php apps

Warning: date() [function.date]: It is not safe to rely on the system's timezone settings. You are *required* to use the date.timezone setting or the date_default_timezone_set() function. In case you used any of those methods and you are still getting this warning, you most likely misspelled the timezone identifier. We selected 'UTC' for 'UTC/0.0/no DST' instead in /usr/local/www/ispcp/gui/admin/index.php on line 129

i edited /usr/local/etc/php.ini

and added

date.timezone = America/New_York

i then stop both apache and all php-cgis

started apache and the error still exists, so where do i fix this
Fixed, BeNe please note to FreeBSD users

that the master php.ini is located in

/usr/local/www/data/fcgi/master/php5
