upgrade from vhcs2..4 to ispCP1.0.5

Hi,

I have a very old VHCS2.4.7 running successfully on debian 4.

Now I want to upgrade and migrate it to a new server. I have already installed ispCP1.0.5 on a debian5 system. Now how can I migrate from VHCS2 to ispCP.

I found a link which says...ispCP ω can only be updated from post 1.0.0. If you have a version prior 1.0.0 (final release) installed, update to ispCP ω 1.0.0 first.

Can you please refer me to any link/documentation, which will help me doing this.
