Sometimes you may write a summarize...

You should have a look in your logfiles for errors (/var/log/apache2/* and /var/log/apache2/users/*) - it's boring if we need to tell you every stept... then you rather need personal support.

So - maybe install midnight commander - then the going through the log files is much easier...
