libapache2-mod-fastcgi missed for ubuntu 9.10

Well, it goes off-topic but let me say the issue after installation:

I bumped into 500 internal server error at the first log in to admin.mysite.com.
The installation is on a 512 M ram, openvz vps.

And then apache failed to restart:
