About you secondary problem, please, provides us some informations like:

- Distribution and codename ;
- Log (/var/log/ispcp/ispcp-mngr-stdout and /var/log/ispcp/ispcp-mngr-stderr) - you should activate the DEBUG mode by setting up the parameter to 1 in your /etc/ispcp/ispcp.conf

files doesn't exist.

And debug is activated.

My system is Ubuntu 8.04.4 LTS
My ISPCP System is 1.0.6 OMEGA (builddate 20100804)
