Keine Fehler beim wiederherstellen bzw neu erstellen, lediglich beim Server Neustart.
Teste mal mit apache2ctl die Confgs.

Wenn die Syntax soweit stimmt, schau hier - http://isp-control.net/ispcp/ticket/2425 ob das soweit bei dir auch der fall ist.
