Можно попробовать запустить крон вручную...
awstats проверьте конфиг... Но сначала крон....
Есть вариант с перезагрузкой машины или перезапуском сервисов вручную...

Что там с вкладкой "Статус"? И что говорит отладчик?

rkhunter.log владелец vu2000 (по дефолту)
rkhunter.log.root владелец root - и т.д
